Great Salt Lake Shorelands Preserve

Keep your feet dry yet still experience and learn about the Great Salt Lake wetlands. The Nature Conservancy dedicated a visitors center at the Great Salt Lake Shorelands Preserve. Designed to emphasize the Lake’s ecological importance—particularly for millions of birds—the visitor center engages audiences of all ages. Key features include inspiring educational exhibits, a boardwalk trail through prime bird-watching habitat, and stunning vistas from a 30-foot-high viewing tower.
